Build Explanation
I used this build mainly for leveling and for advancing my skinning proffession but it aslo works well as an off tank/crowd control build for raids. This build will allow you to do maximum AoE damage while giving yourself as many death runes as possible. Every time you use death strike, obliterate, pestilence or blood strike you will get at least one death rune. This will allow you to do a lot more in a long battle. If you play it right you may even be able to use death strike three times in a row or blood strike 6 times in a row. This is particularly useful if you find ourself low on health and either need to regenerate some health or burn your foe down quickly (if you have the death strike glyph and max runic power you can heal yourself for more than half of your total health in three death strikes.)
Additionally this build is great for taking on multiple opponents. Start with death and decay, spread your deseases around once you activate them on your primary target, then if you have the runic power activate your unholy blight. Once a fow goes down quickly use corpse explosion (especially effective with the glyph). At lvl 77 with this build I was doing 1.4k vs a group of 5 enemies and I never dropped below 75% health.
Single foe rotation: Death Grip, Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Death Strike (for death runes), Blood Strike x2, Death coil x as many as possible, then repeat if neccessary.
Mulit foe rotation: Death and Decay, Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Pestilence, Unholy Blight, Death Strike, Blood Strike x2, repeat until one foe is dead and use corpse explosion. Keep unholy blight on as much as possible.
