I have some huge issues with you spec here. Rather that you are just missing the essentials and making a bad holy raid healing spec.

Holy Tree

First off, Renew is crap for AOE healing, your Prayer of Mending is used instead at all times.
So that gets rid of two useless talents, improved renew and empowered renew. You should still put one point in improved renew since you will need it to go down in the next tier and another to go down at another point. You should have 1 talent point in surge of light atleast b/c with 20% crit, you will get a free flash heal with either prayer of healing or circle of healing. Holy Concentration is a must for end game raiding to have enough mana to finish fights. Empowered healing is not a must as some other talents will tweak your spec better. Next you should have serendipity b/c from you free flash heals you prayer of healing will have a shorter cast time. You should always (unless bogged down in AOE healing at the moment) have atleast 3 Flash heals in between your Prayer of Healing and Circle of Healing. Test of Faith is optional it is good for you seeing how if you are healing people under 50% on lets say Anub'arak (in TOC 10, 25, and TOGC 10, 25) it will save you some healing. If you dont want that you can move those 3 points to Empowered healing.

Disc Tree

First off Silent resolve is crap, you should never have to relieve your threat when healing seeing how holy priest dont pull a lot of threat anyways.
3/3 on improved power word: shield is ridiculous get meditation 3/3 Inner fouc 1/1 and 1/3 in improved power word: shield. then put the rest in mental agility as you have.
