The only Arcane pvp build.

Basically this focuses on being able to run around kiting the enemy while using spells like slow and a couple of frost moves. You are able to be very mobile with this build as it is focusing on a lot of hard hitting instant cast moves such as arcane barrage, pom+pyroblast, fireblast, and a very quick arcane missiles. Not to mention all of those lovely instant cast frost moves that we love so much.
In conclusion this build is generally a very strong build that most of the time you are kiting with slow while running circles around him firing off instant casts.
