PvP Marksman Burst

This build uses the many shots available to the Marksman hunter and uses the Survival hunters ability to do quick burst, since Lock and Load can be used either with Arcane Shot or Explosive Shot. I try to maxiumize the amount of damage that arcane shot can do so that my results are high enough to take someone out.
