Build Explanation: 

It's simple it builds on hemorrhage ,cheap shoot and sap use like this:

1:cheap shot

2:hemorrhage

3:kidney shot

4:sap

5: stealth

6: cheap shot

then they are dead after some attacks with hemorrhage
