Build Explanation: 

If you want to be a Main Tank not only is the Frost Tree for you, but this build is for you!

Mitigation Enhancement: Blade Barrier, Improved Icy Touch, Toughness, Frigid Dreadplate, Anticipation

In addition to all of the mitigation you get Rune Tap for self-healing and a bunch of abilities that focus on minimal rune consumption and blood rune to death rune conversion for even more awesomeness.

Hungering Cold has been skipped because it's considered more of an AoE Tanking ability and is used in Unholy Command for extra taunting goodness.
