Icy Burst

This build is a strong melee/frost build.
It consists of runic power generation and strong crits.
It is a build that focus's less on AoE abilities and more on single target dps.
With it's strong crits and hits, it can work with single target tanking but works better as dps. Just watch your threat because critting often can lead to pulling threat from a real tank ;P
