Melee/SP build for dps; Larck's build

I made this build after playing around with alot of other build's I came up with... still trying out different things but this one is cranking out dps from all angles. You have the increased attack speed from imp icy talons and you can smash obliterate whithout taking off diseases, which with ebon plague do significant damage... Overall from what I've seen so far this puts out the dps single target or AoE better than anything esle I've tried personally. I haven't seen anyone else do it yet.
