Build Explanation
This is a Balance build focusing on the PvP aspects of the Balance tree. The build is split pretty evenly for performing well in Arena, Battlegrounds, and World PvP. If you want to make this a specific balance build for any of those particular there are a few things that you could change around.
For instance, shapeshifting is more beneficial in Arena to pillar abuse and escape from targets trying to kill you. That's why this build comes with Furor, Natural Shapeshifter, and Nature's Focus for you to heal more efficiently in Arena if necessary. These talents can be removed or reduced and placed into other things. You may not need to run away from targets if you're in Alterac Valley standing in the back dropping AoE Bombs and Long Range Nukes.
In the Balance tree, this build may focus too much on direct damage abilities which may not work for you in Arena (depending on your play style) most druids seem to be one of the first targets to die and end up shapeshifting and running away from people while trying to ninja in heals on their allies. There are 9 points that are missing in the Balance Tree that could help you if you have this Arena play style.
First, max out Genesis so that your Instant cast healing spells and dots like Insect Swarm receive a bonus (you can remove points out of Starlight Wrath, the .5 second decrease may or may not be beneficial depending on whether or not you're getting killed immediately).
The next area you want to get is Insect Swarm and Improved Insect Swarm wouldn't hurt either in case you get to launch a nuke, but insect swarm is a must for those druids who kite around in Arena because it allows them to cause some type of damage with an instant cast damage over time spell.
The next talent you may want to max out is brambles, this will give you increase damage from your treants, thorns, and entangling roots. You can buff thorns on everyone at the preparation stage and let it do a little bit of passive damage while using your treants/barskin to possible help daze your opponent and help you escape better.
