Build Explanation: 

ok i put 1 talent point in Primal Precision because the more i am able to hit a target the more threat i have. i'm debating on taking one point out of Brutal Impact and putting it into Primal Precision, but i do like the longer stun effect.
I personally have never been lacking rage so i don't put anything into Intensity from the resto tree.
