Build Explanation: 

This build is stat intensive and Crit crazy. 19% bonus to Agility. 30% of Stamina added to AP. 100% of Int added to AP. +17% Crit with Steady Shot (13% with all other attacks). Needless to say, Kings is the preferred buff.

Drawbacks. Absolutely no Mana-Regen.
