Build Explanation: 

With this Build, it is very gear dependent.

You "should" have:
4200+ AP
9%+ Haste
35%+ Crit
~263 Hit Rating (give or take a few points, if you have a Draenei in the Raid)

this build takes full Advantage of the Sniper training Talent point, while also reducing the Cooldown of your Black Arrow.

You will notice that your dps will start slowly, but will RAPIDLY increase within the first Minute of the fight. its a Great Build. and I currently use it for my Raiding and Farming needs!
