Readiness BM Raid Build 50/21/0

This is currently the highest BM raid dps build available for Hunters on short fights like Patchwerk. The key ingredient to this build that makes it better than a 55/16/0 or the 50/14/7 build is that you are able to maximize bestial wrath and rapid fire with readiness.

Until Blizzard patches exotic pets to give them an actual damage increase over non exotic pets, like cats and scorpions, this will remain the highest dps raiding build for short fight situations. The reason it's hard to sustain dps for a long period is because it lacks any mana efficiency. This build works best with a paladin/spriest/shaman/survival hunter in the raid for mana regeneration. It also might be beneficial to pick up a cunning pet to get the mana restoration roar from it and bring mana pots to the raid.

You can time the use of readiness how you want but basically this is how it will work in a short fight, assuming you have the glyph of bestial wrath for even more cooldown. For the first 18 seconds you will be enraged doing 50% more dmg, pop readiness, you get 18 more seconds. In just over a minute you will be able to gain 50% dmg again for 18 more seconds. We are now at about 2 minutes through the fight and you've had bestial wrath up for 54 seconds of this fight so far (50% damage bonus). 3 minutes 30 seconds, you've used it 4 times. 4 minutes 45 seconds 4x, readiness is up, 5 times in just over 5 minutes. Thats 90 seconds of 50% damage bonus or 1/3rd of the time doing 50% damage. If you're losing to any hunters not in this build right now, it's because you're severely undgeared to them or you're not pressing your buttons fast enough, this is seriously an "I Win" button.
