Build Explanation:

Found some information about Frostfire specs as being max dps for a raid environment, being 0/53/18, and tried to reverse-engineer it using my best guess as to which talents benefit Frostfire Bolt.

Frostfire bolt is supposed to benefit from both frost and fire talents, therefore this build takes advantage of the heavy dps talents in the fire tree plus the bonus hit in the frost tree (which I believe is currently double-counted to 6% for frostfire bolt, not sure if that is a bug or not).

The ideal rotation with this spec is to cast scorch 5 times (to stack debuff), then frostfire bolt. Combustion and any other relevant cooldowns as you please, and pyroblast when you gain Hot Streak. Scorch again when the debuff is almost expired to refresh it.
