Mage Talent Build: PVE Arcane

This is an Arcane build that is good for instancing and could even possibly be used for raiding and if need be soloing/farming, whatever. With this build you will be using not only your Arcane spells but also your fire based spells like Scorch and Fireball. For a single encounter be sure to use Arcane Barrage and Fireball, also be sure to implement the use of Scorch enough times to be sure you are getting use of Improved Scorch.
