Build Explanation: 

It requires a high mana pool and spirit in your gear. It is the best dps built atm.
The dps cycle is Arcane Blast/Arcane Blast/Arcane Blast/Arcane Missiles/Arcane Barrage.
You should cast arcane missiles even if AM buff hasn't procc'ed yet.
