Here is a list of World of Warcraft mining trainers for Alliance characters . All of the trainers listed are able to provide training up to 300. Hurnak Grimmord in the Outland is able to provide training for players to reach 375.

Yarr Hammerstone (Kharanos, Dun Morogh)
Yarr Hammerstone is located east of Kharanos in Steelgrill's Depot. First you must go into the building and down the stairs and there you will see him. Location 50,50.
Questing for WoW Gold at 70

At higher levels players are able to choose a blacksmithing specialization (armorsmith or weaponsmith) and at even higher skill levels they are able to specialize even further. Players often train blacksmithing so that they can eventually make themselves epic items.

Leatherworking is a World of Warcraft profession that allows players to create items out of leather and other regeants. Most of these items can be traded with other players and sold on the auction house, while others are bind on pick up items which are very useful to certain classes. Players are able to specialize in different types of leatherworking, such as tribal, dragonscale, and elemental.

It's important to note that while cooking is often referred to as a profession it is truly not one. It is a secondary skill that does not count towards the two profession limit. Also, it is trainable by both factions and all races of those factions.
