Build Explanation
This is an Assassination build that is primarily best for PvE but could also be used for pretty efficient PvP except for maybe Arena where it may be hard to get behind your enemy.
Your primary attack will be Mutilate and it will require you to use dual daggers. You will have Garrote and Rupture enhanced so if you don't open with a Cheap Shot for Stunlock you can unload with Garrote and then build up combo points on your target to unleash Rupture. You also have improved Eviscerate for a direct damage finishing move. This is a highly explosive burst damage build and can suffice in PvP but there are talents selected in the combat tree that will also benefit you in PvE.
If you are doing PvE keep Slice n Dice up, remember because you chose the Cut to the Chase talent, every time you use Eviscerate or Envenom you will refresh Slice n Dice on your target.
