Rogue Talent Build: Combat Swords Raid DPS

This should serve as the basic combat swords raid / instance build template. You can move some of the points around as you please, for example, you could easily remove some points for Prey on the Weak and put them into Vile Poisons if the mobs you typically fight aren't immune to them.

The entire build is structured for maximum energy regeneration and potential while giving you all the necessary PvE talents for high white damage like Dual Wield Specialization, Precision, Improved Slice and Dice, Sword Specialization, and more.

You will also get some utility with increased stamina from Endurance and decreased Evasion cooldowns (in case you have to main tank) and your kick will come with a silence with Improved Kick.

Look for this to be very competitive as the lead raiding DPS build.
