Build Explanation:

I primary raid healer and dont have gear for enhnacemnt tree when blizards change bonus spell dmg can use healing gear for elemental tree ... when i need leveling 70- 80

mana depenci i use >

unrelenting storm
improvent shields

and glypf for up mana orb
