Build Explanation: 

This is a raid DPS build that places the last 8 talents into the Restoration tree so that you can patch or backup heal if necessary. If you think you are going to be further back than normal during boss fights to be effective you will want to consider swapping out some of the talent points for Elemental Reach. You can straight up sacrifice the talents in the Restoration tree and pickup other talents in the Elemental Tree if you wish.

Thunderstorm is considered more of an AoE talent but you could get that with Elemental Reach and make yourself useful in AoE situations.
