This build is based around strong dots and draining life back for survivability and mana, you should always use a felhound to silence casters and only use shadowbolt when shadowtrance procs. Very effective against those who can dispel magic thanks to unstable affliction (very dispel unfriendly) and haunt increases damage of all dots and gives nice amount of health return. Best part about the build is the damage comes from dots and not crits so enemy resilience is not as much of a problem.
